Mr. Espinoza is an Immigration & Nationality Specialist certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Education:Mr. Espinoza graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1992 with Bachelors of Arts Degrees (BAs) in Political Science and Sociology. He then attended Loyola Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1996.
He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1997. He has also been admitted to the Central District Court since 1997, and the Ninth (9TH) Circuit of Appeals since 2001.
Mr. Espinoza has been a Certified Immigration Specialist since 2002, an elite group that is made up of approximately two percent (2%) of all California attorneys. He has represented thousands of clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the Ninth (9th) Circuit. Personal:
Mr. Espinoza is a second generation Mexican-American who grew up in Los Angeles, California. Soon after beginning his legal career, he fell in love with immigration law. He has spent the last seventeen years dedicated to representing and serving the immigrant community.
In his spare time, Mr. Espinoza enjoys running marathons and participating in triathlons, as well as playing golf. He is fluent in Spanish.
